The Bluebeard Petit Blue, 'Caryopteris x clandonensis', a Proven Winners selection, is a compact Bluebeard that has a very tight growth habit. Petit Blue blooms from July through September. The short internodes result in an intense floral display. The flowers contast nicely with the dark green, glossy foliage. This plant is very attractive to butterflies.
