Penstemon - Pikes Peak Purple
The Penstemon ‘Pikes Peak Purple’, Penstemon x mexicale, has constant small, violet-purple flowers that bloom all summer long with narrow, lance-shaped evergreen foliage. ‘Pikes Peak Purple’ has a plant height of 15” and a spread of 12”. It is best to plant Penstemon in a full sun location, having a moist, well-drained area. Yucca - Color Guard The Adam's Needle, 'Yucca filamentosa ‘Color Gard’, is a clump forming perennial with yellow strips down the middle of the dark green foliage, looking ribbon-like. In the winter months, the foliage turns pink. The creamy, bell-shaped, white flowers hover over the foliage and are fragrant. The red coloration on the long blades highlight the flowering crown. ‘Color Gard’ has a plant height of 24” and a spread of 36”.
