The Short Meadow Flower Mix exhibits a rainbow of color starting in the spring and continuing until fall. This mix of twenty-two annuals and perennials, none more than 24 inches tall, is ideal for naturalizing sunny open areas, slopes, long borders, parking strips and cottage style gardens. Short Meadow is just that, a collection of low-growing, hardy, adaptable flowering plants that will transform any sunny area where height is a factor. Some of the varieties included are, Baby Blue Eyes, Blue Pimpernel, California Blue Bell, California Poppy, Daisy African, Poppy Iceland, Verbena Moss, and Wallflower Siberian. In cool climates plant in the spring, 1 to 2 weeks before the last average frost date. In mild climates, sow seed during cooler months, generally October through March.
