Veronica - Eveline
The Veronica 'Eveline', 'Veronica longifolia 'Eveline' USPP 14888, is one of the newer Veronicas out today. This easy to grow perennial has purplish-pink flower spikes that bloom throughout June to September. 'Eveline' must have good drainage and requires low to moderate watering. Plant in full sun, in containers or in mass plantings. This Veronica is deer resistant and does attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Phlox - Junior Fountain® The Phlox Junior Fountain®, Phlox paniculata 'Junior Fountain®' (PP16,605), has fragrant white flowers on free-branching short stems. It is one the Phlox Junior series that contain mildew resistant plants. Blooming all summer long, it has a plant height of 18-22”. As a definite addition to any perennial garden, it attracts butterflies and provides a mainstay of summer color. Junior Fountain® needs to be planted in a full sun area in well-drained soil. Use Junior Fountain® in rock gardens, as a border or in a cut flower garden. Remove faded flower clusters to encourage continuous blooming. |
