The flower heads are 3-4” wide, with a spread of 12-18” and a height of 2-3’. ‘Anthea’ has good texture and form and looks great in mass plantings and cottage gardens and is more vigorous and heat tolerant than Achillea ‘Moonshine’. This Yarrow does well in average garden soils, but prefers lean, dry to medium wet, well-drained soil. (Avoid heavy clays and moist, rich, fertile soils. ) Yarrow should be planted in full sun and is tolerant of hot humid summers.
